I’m becoming pleased with my body. I’m not going to stop exercising or eating healthy, but I’ve realised that I don’t need this blog anymore. I’ll leave it up for the people who care, but this is it.

Hey! I know exactly what you're talking about. My arms are sooooo weak so maybe I can give you some advice lol. If you're not strong enough to do push-ups you can do "girls push-ups", i.e. push up on your knees. Just google them and you'll find lots of videos and tips. You can also do some exercises using water filled bottles if you don't have dumb bells. That way you can adjust weight :)
lol I’m actually a bit too weak to do knee-push-ups. Seriously. -.- Hopefully maybe I’ll be able to do them after 65814 more tricep dips. :/

This one’s for me because I was dying doing level 2 of RI30 this morning when the fact that some people are just fine doing nothing to stay in shape while I, on the other hand, need to do a million plank jacks crossed my mind and it really killed my motivation. I felt like Jon Snow, brooding and bitter because the world is unfair to bastards and girls with ‘fat genes’.
Yep, the olympics have me wanting to be a gymnist. That explains all of the stretching.
